Create a frame.
In addition to box construction and electro-mechanical assembly, we also offer these services.
You provide all of the components, comprising the mother board components and bare printed circuit boards, and we use to assemble your boards using state-of-the-art automated machinery.
You are responsible for providing "hard-to-find" parts, "custom" parts, inventory parts, and any additional parts you possess! After assisting you with the assembly of your printed circuit boards, we will procure the remaining components, such as the printed circuit boards (PCBs) and anything else you do not provide.
We handle the entire process, from obtaining the bare printed circuit boards and any other required components to managing the assembly and testing of the final product in accordance with your application's specifications.
Through-hole components can be inserted and soldered by hand or with a selective soldering machine, depending on their quantity and the board's layout. Both options are viable.
After the through-hole boards have been cleansed a second time (if required).
In preparation for packaging, the completed printed circuit board assemblies and any supplementary materials are being prepared. Your products will be returned to you and you will receive an email with the tracking number.
PBC Unlimited is committed to providing our consumers with a streamlined and precise assembly process.
A process of assembly that is error-free requires accurate information. Each task should include a BOM (bill of materials), a pick and place file (also known as a centroid file), and corresponding Gerber data. If there are any components that should not be populated on the PCB, a DO NOT POPULATE (DNP) column should be included in the bill of materials.
Some parts are available in various bundles. Verify that the footprint of the component listed in the BOM matches the footprint on the printed circuit board (PCB).
The components should be stored in individual receptacles, such as trays or bags. Each tray or bag must be labelled with the PCB assembly Washington Manufacturer's name and part number, as well as any reference designators designating where the component is used. In the event that it is necessary, you may use the distributor name and component number in lieu of (or in addition to) the manufacturer's information.
Each of the job's necessary components should be stored in a distinct container. Include a separate bill of materials and select and place file for each assignment.
Include an adequate quantity of spare components to compensate for any potential losses that may occur during assembly.
When we say we care, it's not just lip service; we truly care. When you choose to work with us, we will do everything in our power to ensure that the assembly you order is completed on time, per your specifications, and with the highest quality possible. Sincerely, we view ourselves as an extension of your organization's existing team.
