Regional PCB Sales Managers

PNC Inc. is seeking experienced Sales Managers to expand, manage and support regional field sales. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in PCB sales with a strong understanding of manufacturing and e a minimum of 5 years in our field or a related industry. Applicant must have a Bachelors degree or better.

Process Engineer II

Design SMT stencils for solder paste and surface-mount adhesive by studying and analyzing data, Aperture List, Solder paste layer, Panelized stencil, Aperture design, Aperture size, Area ratio/Aspect Ratio. Responsible for engineering, design, development, timing and production release of components and assemblies. Responsible for creating or maintaining automation processes, usually mechanical regions. Design, test, troubleshoot, and oversee implementation of new processes. Responsible for designing profiles for reflow process of surface mount technology and thru hole selective solder technology for different circuit card design, evaluating different factors like application of final circuit card design, required solder paste, component's design - complexity and number of placement, penalization, peak temp/time of sensitive components, copper layer and it's connection to different component and it's designed pattern, weight of circuit card and also responsible to validate profiles to meet customer quality requirement. Participate in manufacturing process feasibility assessment for components and assemblies. Process improvement for quality and continuous improvement focused projects. Confer with different engineers to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information. Quality improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives including communicating technical product status to management. Investigate equipment failures/difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and work on corrective actions. Maintain safety, reliability and regulatory compliance with highest priority. Provide technical support and assists in training goals for maintenance and production. Manages, evaluates and implements appropriate projects that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve quality. Continually works with production and engineering to improve existing designs that reduce manufacturing costs. Provide integrated solutions to any anticipated or actual technical or business-related production problems. Coordinate manufacturing launch for new products, including training operators, dimensional studies, slow builds, and evaluating resulting. Conduct research that test and analyze the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, and systems. Evaluate customer requirement to design and develop various test fixture and product to meet the customer demand by utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) information to print products in layers and provide input to streamline the printing process. Create and maintain process documents related to PCB assembly processes and equipment. Provide production support to PCB assembly lines by using process and equipment knowledge and by assisting technicians and operators with hands-on troubleshooting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 5 Years’ experience as Test Engineer, Component Engineer, Product Engineer or related Engineering occupation.

EMBEDDED Circuit Board Programmer

Analysis, design, modification, testing, installation, maintenance of application programs, and integrated systems; Execute all aspects of software programming including design, prototyping, testing, piloting and rollout; Perform repairs, revisions or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements; Utilize best practices throughout the systems development lifecycle process (SDLC); Work closely with PC board engineers/ Designers and support staff; Prepare bord support packages; Work with manufacturing to develop programming workflows/systems; Operate systems porting; Interface protocols and security algorithms; Engineer software in compliance with USA and International Standards (ISO); Conduct trial runs of programs, write, update, and maintain computer programs and software applications; software quality assurance activities and perform maintenance activities for products; Integrate engineering into varied product platforms; evaluating procedures and processes; Coordinate your software development with engineers on your team; Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes; Design application-level programs for embedded hardware; Create APIs for accessing and controlling embedded components; Design code test and provide ongoing support for embedded systems software and simulation software to meet technological and customer requirements; Collaborate with electrical engineers controls engineers and program management team members in planning design and development.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related and 5 years’ Experience in job offered or as a Systems programmer, Programmer Analyst, Computer Analyst, or related occupation
